I started my career in accounting as a Business Analyst. I soon changed my career path and became a Fitness Director. While I was mainly happy in this field, it occurred to me that my true passion lay in the food industry and event planning.

Looking back at paths I have taken, I realized that I had always been involved in the food industry with positions ranging from Line Cook to Sous Chef to Executive Chef, I realized that I had accumulated over 20 years of experience.

Now, with my new business. SBD Catering, I have finally been able to combine my true passions of the food industry and event planning.

I’m an active member of the Independent Order of the Odd Fellows and Rebehaks of Pennsylvania. The mission:  Friendship Love Truth which is guiding light with my business. Considered to be very creative, I have always been extremely passionate about cooking and I enjoy and maintain a strong belief in my faith.
